Instructions for Photos with KJHealth Matters
Later today we will be posting the link for you to receive your photos! YAY! We are so excited for you to get them. So that you're prepared to work the site we have a couple of screenshots for you to take a peek at.
When you click the link on our home page, you will then go to a page that looks like this… Click where it says "menu." If you are on a mobile device, instead of the word "menu," you will see 3 small lines, and click that in the upper left hand corner of your screen.
That will open up a handy little menu that looks like this. From here you can select which group you would like to look at. (Group 1 represents the first half hour of the crowd, group two the second, and so on. If you have your card it should be on there.) In the event that you can't see or find yourself in your given group, please poke around in the others, as technical problems can happen.
Here is a closer look at the menu:
You will see that under "Account" that there is an option for you to login. In order to download a photo you will need to create an account. The easiest way to do that is through facebook. It won't post on facebook on your behalf, so no worries there. A pop up generally opens when you click to download a photo.
While you are scrolling through and click on a photo, it will look like this:
The bar at the top of the page gives you directives on what to do next. If you wish to order a print, the prints are on sale, special thanks to Venue. ; ) If you choose to download the file then simply click download.
If you are on a mobile device, there will be icons instead of words, downward arrow for downloading to your phone/tablet, etc.
We hope that this helps! We want to eliminate as much confusion as possible as we know computers vary, and experience of the user does as well. We are so excited to get these to you, we can barely contain ourselves! We originally told you 5-7 business days, and we are so happy to be delivering right on schedule on day 5!
If for any reason you don't see your photo, don't panic. First, go to your pantry, then find some chocolate. After eating the said chocolate, then turn on "Shake it Off" by Taylor Swift, and have a short dance party. After said dance party, email me, Rosalie Black, at [email protected]. After emailing, please feel free to turn on some Prince, "Party Like it's 1999" and jam out some more, and feel free to have another treat because, hey… you deserve it. (Right? #yourwelcome #weloveyou)
I will respond within 24 hours. Then we will fix any issues together, and troubleshoot any issues you might have.
Again thanks so much for your support for the Moses Lake Medical Team! Venue Magazine was so proud to be a part of this.
Have an awesome day… and watch out for the link… it will be up by the end of the day folks!
